How to step up safely

1. Start at Low and run for 24 hours
2. If stable (no errors, no reboots, no quality issues), step up to Med
3. Run Med for 48 hours
4. If stable and you need more performance, step up to High
5. At High, monitor temperature closely — if it exceeds 65 °C, drop back to Med
